Welcome to the Audio CD support

1. Why am I getting a 'MMSYSTEM262' error or that I can't play my CDs?
Please check that you have put a CD in your CD drive. This is a natural alert from your system as it needs to check your CD accuracy to play it. If it still occurs then it may be because you have more than one CD drive, try to put your CD in another drive and restart the program. If this is still occuring, you may need to reinstall your Windows as it is a system error and it may occur with other programs. Your CD drive or CD may also have problems, contact your retailer for more information.

2. Why can't I run the program at all?
Be sure to put the VB5FR.DLL file in your Windows system folder : c:\windows\system or c:\winnt\system32 if necessary.

3. How to uninstall it?
Simply don't run it again and delete the program folder if you wish to not use it anymore.

4. How to update my skins?
You can really easily customize the skins : just 2 .jpg files (340x140) : one always present and other one when you click on the first! You can find them out in the program folder, usually
c:\multimedia-player\audiocd
should be the correct location.
